Common questions.

Is there a limit on how many friends I can refer?
Up to 10 active referrals at a time. Once any of them complete handover (M4), the slot frees up. There's no lifetime cap, just a soft cap to keep the program healthy.
Does my reward expire?
Your friend has 90 days from clicking your link to start their intake. Once they're in active project flow, no expiry. Your reward locks in once their project hits each milestone.
What if my friend cancels mid-project?
You keep any reward already earned (M1 ₦25k stays yours if they cancel after M1). The M4 ₦50k requires handover, so cancellation pre-M4 means that portion isn't earned.
How do I get paid?
Bank transfer to the account on your SabiHand profile, within 48 hours of the trigger event. Or use it as credit toward future SabiHand projects (yours or your other referrals).
Can I refer commercial customers (offices, retail)?
Yes, and those reward at higher tiers (₦40,000 on M1, ₦75,000 on M4 for commercial-grade projects). Same mechanism, larger amounts because their projects are larger.
Can I share my link in groups (estate WhatsApp groups, Facebook, etc.)?
Yes, share anywhere relevant. Just don't spam unrelated channels (we'll detect and pause your link). Family WhatsApp, neighborhood groups, LinkedIn posts, Twitter, fine.
What about installers? Can they refer customers?
Installers in our network have a separate referral mechanic that pays into their installer earnings. Not the customer rewards above. Active SabiHand installers cannot stack both.
Genuine referrals only. Self-referrals, fake accounts, and contact-detail trades are auto-flagged and disqualify the reward. The program works because the people you refer actually become happy SabiHand customers, not because you gamed a code. Full referral terms.
